Lowell Riverfront Park

Meet between the two willow trees near the park entrance (if you have trouble finding Lowell Riverfront Park, it’s just over the railroad tracks on the way to Snohomish, and when you pull in you will see two willow trees at the bend in the river—if you go to the dog park, you have gone too far)
